Dear Stephanie and City Mgr. Smith,
Pl. add my comments into the record re 14.3 REPORT - ROSELAND CREEK COMMUNITY PARK MASTER PLAN: RESCISSION OF MITIGATED NEGATIVE
DECLARATION AND PROJECT APPROVALS AND DIRECTION FOR PREPARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT BACKGROUND: The Roseland Creek Community Park is approximately 20 acres in size, located in southwest Santa Rosa on McMinn and Burbank Avenues, across Burbank Avenue from Roseland Creek Elementary School.
*******************
Please consider the complete impacts of this project and conduct an EIR on these construction projects. Paved parking lots and roads are counter-productive in this natural area that many of us for years have fought to preserve. Run-off from automobiles and trucks into Roseland Creek would pollute plus the air from the vehicle emissions of hundreds of cars per day coming into the natural area. Please do a valid Greenhouse Gas assessment.
Thank You,
Marsha
