4.1 Mid-year budget performance.
Alan Alton, Chief Financial Officer, and Veronica Conner, Budget & Financial Analysis Manager, provided a presentation of the mid-year budget performance for the General Fund and an overview of the different budget-related items on the February 15, 2022, City Council Agenda.
