Staff will present the proposed Water and Wastewater FY 2022/23 operations and maintenance and capital improvement program budgets and the proposed Subregional FY 2022/23 operations and
maintenance, capital improvement program and debt service budgets and the proposed partner allocations for consideration of a recommendation to the Board of Public Utilities.
