Street address of subject property: 2574, 2842 and 2862 Linwo od Avenue The grounds upon which this appeal is filed are:
1. The traffic study for this project (Penstemon Place) was inadequate because it did not include the Brook wood Extensio n shown in the General Plan.
2. Commissioner Holton was riding a bicycle during the meeting and did not appear to be fully engaged with the public hearing.
The specific action which the undersigned wants the City Council to take is:
I. Conduct a new traffic study that includes the Brookwood Extension. The study should consider two scenarios: (I ) retaining the Linwood / Aston intersection and (2) elimin ating the Linwood/ Aston intersection.
2. Hold a new public hearing in which officials are respectful toward the public and don't abuse their power.
