As you may know from the news, russian federation has invaded Ukraine and is committing war crimes including genocide of Ukrainian nation:

'I Call for You to Do More:' Ukrainian President Zelensky Addresses U.S. Congress | WSJ The reason I am writing you is that there is a pro-russian event scheduled for April 22-24 at Hyatt Sonoma hotel:

I would like to ask City Council of Santa Rosa to look deeper into the nature of this event and the reason behind its occurrence during russian invasion into Ukraine, because I am concerned with russian citizens who will be at the event and who might have pro-putin political views and who might spread pro-putin disinformation to the community of Santa Rosa.
I already notified Hyatt Sonoma (Director of Sales, Terra) regarding this issue, but they seem to be reluctant to take responsibility and cancel the planned outing.
Can you please let me know via email how the great city of Santa Rosa, CA is planning to address this issue?
