product pricing defined in the County of

be issued to Stommel, Inc., dba LEHR,
Sacramento, CA, under the County of
Placer Supplier contract SCN104242
• TPW Fleet Division will use this BPO to
obtain equipment required to prepare

3 BENEFIT
• The County of Placer Supplier Contract
SCN104242 is similar to a solicitation the
City performed in July 2020, resulting in
PO 162384 issued to Stommel, Inc., while
providing a much larger selection of
product lines and discounts. Utilizing this
contract also reduces staff labor
performing bid solicitations.

Public Works and Finance Departments that the
Council, by resolution, approve issuance of a
blanket purchase order for the purchase of
equipment used to prepare Emergency Response
Vehicles and other Public Service Vehicles
operated by the City of Santa Rosa, under the
pricing model in place provided by the
solicitation and award of Placer County Supplier
