RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER TO STOMMEL, INC. dba LEHR. FOR THE PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLE EQUIPMENT USING PRICING FROM PLACER COUNTY SUPPLIER CONTRACT SCN104242 WHEREAS, the Transportation and Public Works Department (TPW) submitted a request to purchase Emergency Response Vehicle equipment utilizing the County of Placer Supplier Contract SCN104242; and WHEREAS, TPW has obtained a discounted pricing schedule for the equipment from Stommel, Inc. dba Lehr, Sacramento, CA; and WHEREAS, a Blanket purchase order will be issued directly to the supplier, Stommel, Inc., dba Lehr, Sacramento, CA; and WHEREAS, TPW and Finance Department staff request Council approval of the Purchasing Agent’s issuance of a Blanket Purchase Order with the City’s Standard Terms and Conditions for the purchase of emergency response vehicle equipment using the pricing schedule submitted by Stommel., Inc, dba LEHR attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and made a part of herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa hereby approves issuance of a Blanket Purchase Order using the City’s standard Terms and Conditions with Stommel, Inc., dba Lehr, Sacramento, California in the amount of $500,000.
