“The 12 foot alley as shown on the Map entitled, ‘B ayler and Menihan's Second Addition to the City of Santa Rosa’, filed July 24, 1916 in the Off ice of the County Recorder of Sonoma County in Book 33 of Maps at Page 21, Sonoma County Records.”

The alley as designated and delineated on the map entitled “Bayler and Menihan’s Second Addition to the City of Santa Rosa”, filed July 24 1916 in the office of the County Recorder of Sonoma County in Book 33 of Maps at Page 21, Sonoma County Records.
Containing 4,210 square feet (0.10 acres), more or less.
Basis of Bearings: Record of Survey being the lands of Michael K. Feeney, filed for record May 10, 2007, in Book 709 of Maps, at Page 43, Sonoma County Records.
