Attached is a letter of opposition for the following bill before the state Legislature:
SB 1157 (Hertzberg) -- Urban water use objectives: indoor residential water use.
This bill met the priorities outlined in the City’s 2022 state legislative platform. Due to the urgency of the proposed bill being considered by the Legislature, this letter was prepared immediately for the Mayor’s signature and was timely sent.
