The Final Map of Colgan Village Phase 1 Subdivision was submitted on April 13, 2022 to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Colgan Village Phase1 Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The Colgan Village Phase 1 Subdivision is located on the west side of Dutton Meadow south of Mojave Avenue and north of Bellevue Avenue. This location is 4.61 acres which will be subdivided into 31 and 1 Remainder Parcel.
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of .
