RESOLUTION NO. RES-2022-089
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE 2024 INTERNATIONAL CLASS 8 CAB AND CHASSIS WITH DUMP BODY TO PETERSON TRUCKS, INC., SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $225,604.05 WHEREAS, the City’s Transportation and Public Works Department have a need to replace current vehicle #47001 Class 8 Cab and Chassis with Dump Body; and WHEREAS, the Finance and Transportation and Public Works Departments issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) 22-16 for the purchase of one (1) current model Class 8 Cab & Chassis with Dump Body; and WHEREAS, Peterson Trucks, Inc., Santa Rosa, CA is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to IFB 22-16.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves a purchase order for one (1) 2024 International Class 8 Cab & Chassis with Dump Body to Peterson Trucks, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $225,604.05.
