Attached is a letter of support for the following bill before the state Legislature:
AB 2247 (Bloom) -- Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and PFAS products and product components: publicly accessible reporting platform.
This bill met the priorities outlined in the City’s 2022 state legislative platform. Due to the urgency of the proposed bill being considered by the Legislature, this letter was prepared immediately for the Mayor’s signature and was timely sent.
