The Final Map of Bellevue Ranch Phase 7 Subdivision was submitted on April 14, 2022 to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Bellevue Ranch Phase 7 Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The Bellevue Ranch Phase 7 Subdivision is located at the west side of Dutton Meadow and north of Bellevue Avenue, south of Tuxhorn Drive and is 5.75 acres which will be subdivided into 30 lots.
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of June 7, 2022.
