RESOLUTION NO. RES-2022-103
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A NINTH AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F000308 FOR GRANICUS, LLC WHEREAS, The City entered into an Agreement with Granicus on January 26, 2012; and WHEREAS, The City utilizes several products from Granicus, key to legislative agenda creation, public meeting streaming, archiving and public access to legislative documents; and WHEREAS, The City also utilizes GovDelivery services to email announcements and newsletters to the public, who have subscribed to receive such notices; and WHEREAS, Granicus has performed satisfactorily over the past 10 years; and WHEREAS, The City wishes to extend the Agreement for an additional five (5) years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves a Ninth Amendment to General Services Agreement Number F000308, with Granicus, LLC, St. Paul, MN, utilizing a similar form to that attached as Exhibit A hereto, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, to extend the agreement through June 30, 2027, in the amount of $534,217.24, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,283,259.30.
