RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO MASTER SAAS AGREEMENT NUMBER F002155 WITH ACCELA, INC. FOR THE ACCELA CRM (MYSANTAROSA) TOOL WHEREAS, The City entered into a Master Software as a Service (SaaS) agreement with Accela, Inc. on July 29, 2020, through July 14, 2022, for Accela CRM software, branded at the City as “MySantaRosa”; and WHEREAS, Accela CRM (MySantaRosa) is a public-facing service that allows members of the community to submit questions, issues and requests to City staff regarding dozens of topic areas, such as streetlights, traffic issues, abandoned vehicles, parking, code enforcement, streets issues, parks maintenance, and many others; and WHEREAS, The City wishes to extend the contract for an additional three (3) years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approve a First Amendment to Master SaaS Agreement Number F002155, with Accela, Inc., San Ramon, CA, for the Accela CRM (MySantaRosa) tool, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A hereto, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, to extend the contract for an additional three (3) years, in the amount of $98,814.30, for a total not to exceed amount of $181,961.83.
