Commencing at a 3" x 3" redwood stake driven on the northeasterly boundary of the 41.75 acre tract conveyed to D. F. C. Comp any, Inc. a corporation, et al, by Deed recorded September 7, 1950 in Book 989 of Official Re cords, Page 383, Recorder's Se rial No. D-22024, Sonoma County Records, said stake marks the most westerly corner of that certain 10 acre tract conveyed to the Santa Rosa Water Works, a corporation, by Deed recorded March 31, 1931 in Book 295 of Official Records, Page 1, Sonoma County Records; thence South 38° East and along the northeasterly line of said 41.75 acre tract (this course referred to in former deeds as South 37° East) a distance of Exhibit A to
