RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F000424 WITH NETFILE, INC. FOR THE CAMPAIGN AND FORM 700 DISCLOSURE SYSTEM WHEREAS, On June 1, 2012, the City entered into an agreement with Netfile, Inc., for a system that permits electronic filing of FPPC Statement of Economic Interest, Form 700, and Campaign Disclosure Forms; and WHEREAS, Netfile, Inc., has maintained Fair Political Practices Commission campaign forms and Statements of Economic Interest Form 700 filings in their database since 2012 for the City of Santa Rosa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Fourth Amendment to Agreement number F000424 with Netfile, Inc., in substantially the same form as Exhibit A hereto, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, to extend contract for an additional five (5) years to June 30, 2027, with no increase in compensation rates, for a cumulative contract amount of $132,750.
