Honorable Santa Rosa City Council: It has come to our attention you are considering
PLA inclusion in your contracts. This is a slippery slope which you should not fall for. 75% of contractors in the area are "open shop" and are then excluded from bidding on your projects. Please vote "No" on this onerous proposal.
