RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F000424 WITH NETFILE, INC. FOR THE CAMPAIGN AND FORM 700 DISCLOSURE SYSTEM WHEREAS, On June 1, 2012, the City entered into a Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) with Netfile, Inc., (formerly known as West Coast Online Information Systems, Inc. dba Netfile) for a system that permits electronic filing of FPPC Statement of Economic Interest, Form 700, and Campaign Disclosure Forms; and WHEREAS, Netfile, Inc., has maintained Fair Political Practices Commission campaign forms and Statements of Economic Interest Form 700 filings in their database since 2012 for the City of Santa Rosa; and WHEREAS, the City has amended the Agreement to extend the duration of time and to add compensation, including Council, by Resolution RES-2017-099, approving the Third Amendment to Agreement in an amount $67,500; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk’s Office recommends extending the Agreement by an additional five years through June 30, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Fourth Amendment to Agreement number F000424 with Netfile, Inc., Mariposa, CA, formerly known as West Coast Online Information Systems, Inc. dba Netfile in substantially the same form as Exhibit A hereto, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, to extend the contract for an additional five (5) years to June 30, 2027, with no increase to rates, and increase compensation for the five years by $67,500, for a cumulative contract amount not to exceed $200,250 over the extended five year term.
