I know this is late but I just heard this morning that a discussion about Cool Cities will be on the subcommittee’s agenda this afternoon. It’s a great program and I would love to see the city get behind it using city resources.
Climate change is bearing down on us and we need to take action.

I too late learned about today's CAS aganda item #4.2 regarding the Cool City Challenge. "Please register my support for Santa Rosa becoming a Cool City. This program has shown proven progress in combating the climate crisis. More and more we learn that cities and counties will be counted on to be front line defenders against this dire threat. Please send this item on to the SR City Council and please find the resources to help citizens like me make a difference for our future."
