Hi Conor,
Below are my responses:
1. I bought the property in 2014 and wanted to make sure the septic was good before moving there. However, I found out that septic failed and decided not to move there.
2. Since there are many limits on the septic systems on this property, I wanted to seek for City connection. However, I found out that the construction for digging from property line to the City sewer was too expensive. Meanwhile, I got a letter from the City on widening project. I decided that it's better to hold to align with this project because it will much less expensive for me, less damage/impact to the streets, and less traffic during the construction, which avoid multiple construction events and increase efficiency.
Please let me know what you think about these.
Thank you for your time!
Savannah

Thank you Savannah, this is very helpful.
So we can succinctly account for this information in the item folder to be presented to the Council, can you please provide an email that includes all of the below information:
1. describes that the property was vacated after the septic system failed and the septic report was prepared
2. describes that the project was put on hold to align with the timeline of the City's street improvement project to avoid multiple construction events and increase efficiency
Thank you,
