RESOLUTION NO. RES-2022-174
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002062 WITH JONES LANG LASALLE AMERICAS, INC. FOR REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES WHEREAS, on November 7, 2019, the City entered to Professional Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) Jones Lang Lasalle Americas, Inc. a Maryland Corporation (“JLL”) to provide City-wide real estate brokerage services in an amount not to exceed $99,000.00; and WHEREAS, City Staff now desires to approve First Amendment to the Agreement to add compensation payable under the Agreement in an amount of $100,000.00 for a total agreement amount not to exceed $199,000.00; and WHEREAS, the additional $100,000.00 needed for this contract amendment and the claims that arise under it will be paid from various charge numbers City-wide as approved by the Chief Financial Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement Number F002062 with JLL, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and made a part of herein, in the amount of $100,000.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $199,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the Chief Financial Officer to pay all proper claims for this Agreement, as amended from various charge numbers.
