1 CURRENT
• On November 1, 2018, the City Manager
awarded a two-year contract with three
(3) one-year extension options to
Environmental Logistics Inc., Ukiah,
California in an amount not to exceed
$97,000.
• Services are used by a variety of
Departments.
2 PROPOSED
• Adding $250,000 in compensation
through contract term of October 31,
2023, for ongoing City Department
delivery requirements, and ensure
emergency response funding is
available as needed.
• All original terms under the agreement
remain unchanged.
3 BENEFIT
• Allows departments to receive:
oCompetitively set fees for continued
bobtail fuels deliveries.
oFlexibility to order fuels to remote
locations as needed.
oAgreement inclusive of emergency
situations, to ensure continued safety to
City staff and public.
4 RECOMMENDATION
• It is recommended by the Finance
Department that the Council, by resolution,
approve the Third Amendment to General
Services Agreement Number F001818 with
Nick Barbieri Trucking, LLC, dba Redwood
Coast Fuels, Ukiah, California for the
purchase and delivery of fuels to various
locations throughout the City and to increase
compensation by $250,000, for a total
amount not to exceed of $745,000.
