RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F001818 WITH NICK BARBIERI TRUCKING, LLC, DBA REDWOOD COAST FUELS WHEREAS, on November 1, 2018, the City entered into General Services Agreement Number F001818 with Nick Barbieri Trucking, LLC, dba Redwood Coast Fuels, Ukiah, California, for fuel and bobtail delivery of purchased fuel for an initial agreement of two years in an amount not to exceed $95,000; and WHEREAS, on August 27, 2019, the City Council approved the First Amendment to General Services Agreement to add compensation payable under the Agreement in an amount not to exceed $200,000; and WHEREAS, on April 28, 2020, the City Council approved the Second Amendment to General Services Agreement to add compensation payable under the Agreement in an amount not to exceed $200,000; and WHEREAS, on June 15, 2021, the Purchasing Agent approved the Extension Letter to General Services Agreement to extend the term through October 31, 2023; and WHEREAS, the City desires to approve the Third Amendment to General Services Agreement to add compensation payable under the Agreement in an amount not to exceed $200,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Third Amendment to General Services Agreement Number F001818 with Nick Barbieri Trucking, LLC, dba Redwood Coast Fuels, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A to the Resolution, subject to approval by the City Attorney, increasing compensation by $250,000, for a total amount not-to-exceed $745,000. / / /

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the Chief Financial Officer to pay all proper claims for this Agreement, as amended, out of various Department Funds.
