1 CURRENT
• On October 9, 2018, the City Manager
awarded a two-year contract with three one-
year extension options to Yarbrough Bros.
Towing, Inc., Santa Rosa, California.
• The First Amendment, approved by City
Council, extended the term and increased
compensation in the amount of $150,000.
• The Second Amendment, approved by the
Purchasing Agent, extended the term and
increased compensation in the amount of
$30,000. 2
PROPOSED
• Extend the term of the Agreement for an
additional one-year and increase
compensation by $100,000 not to exceed
the total sum of $375,000.
3 BENEFIT
• Extending the contract will provide fixed
pricing for vehicle impound towing
services.
4 RECOMMENDATION
• It is recommended by the Police and
Finance Departments that the Council, by
resolution, approves the Third
Amendment to General Services
Agreement Number (GSA) F001842 with
Yarbrough Bros. Towing, Inc., Santa
Rosa, California for vehicle impound
services for an additional one-year term
and increase in compensation in the
amount of $100,000, for a total amount
not to exceed $375,000.
