AB 2622 (Mullin), Sales and use taxes: exemptions: California Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project: transit buses. Signature request. Provided for information.
SB 922 (Wiener), California Environmental Quality Act: exemptions: transportation-related projects. Signature request. Provided for information.
SB 942 (Newman), Low Carbon Transit Operations Program: free or reduced fare transit program. Signature request. Provided for information.
Public Utilities Commission -- Net Energy Metering Proceeding 20-08-020. Comment Letter. Provided for information.
These issues met the priorities outlined in the City’s 2022 state legislative platform. Due to the urgency of the proposed items being considered by the Legislature, these letters were prepared immediately for the Mayor’s signature and were timely sent.
