3. NEW BUSINESS

3.1 UPDATE ON PROPOSED WHEELING OF RECYCLED WATER IN

GEYSERS RECYCLED WATER DELIVERY PIPELINE
Santa Rosa Water has been approached by the Town of Windsor and Jackson Family Wines about a project to utilize excess capacity in the Geysers Project Recycled Water Delivery Pipeline (Pipeline) to convey recycled water from the Town of Windsor’s Water Reclamation Facility to a property owned by Jackson Family Wines on Eastside Road in the Town of Windsor’s recycled water service area. When the Pipeline was constructed in 2003, turnouts were included for potential future expansion of recycled water deliveries along the alignment. A turnout exists near the site proposed to be irrigated.

Staff presented information on the proposed project approach and received feedback from the liaison subcommittee in April 2022. Staff will provide status updates and additional information for the subcommittee’s review and feedback.
