is Third Amendment to Agreement number F001842 , dated October 9, 2018 (“Agreement”) is made as of this _____ day of ______, by and between the City of Santa Rosa, a municipal corporation ( “City”), and Yarbrough Bros. Towing Inc., a California Corporation (“Contractor”).

y and Contractor entered into the Agreement for Contractor to provide vehicle impound serv ices. The First Amendment extended the term and increased compensation. The Second Amendment extended the term and increased compensation.

ursuant to Section 6(a) of the Agreement, the parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional year

MPENSATION
S
ection 4 of the Agreement is amended to increase the compensation payable to Contractor under the Agreement by $100,000 to read as follows:
“
The total of all fees paid to Contractor for the satisfactory performance and completion of all services set forth in the Agreement shall not exceed the total sum of $375,000. The Chief Financial Officer is authorized to pay all proper claims from various department charge numbers.”

ll other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Section IV – Vehicle Seizures
All vehicles that are seized by the Santa Rosa Police Department, if towed, will be towed to a designated location at the same rates as impounded vehicles.
Discount Impoundments: At times, towing and storage fees on impounded vehicles are incurred by the Santa Rosa Police Department, i n those cases, rates 8-B and 9-B will apply.
