Dear Mayor Rogers and Members of the Santa Rosa City Council, My name is Naomi Withers and I am the Controller for Advanced Security Systems. We are a merit-based shop and have been doing work in the City of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County for 50 years. We employ a diverse workforce who will be impacted by the implementation of the Project Labor Agreement that will exclude construction professionals from working in their community and will raise costs. Don’t
waste taxpayer dollars by building
four projects for the price of five. All workers and apprentices want to
participate in projects in their community. Please include language that allows my local workers and apprentices to work on Santa Rosa projects.
