RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA ESTABLISHING NEW
AND REVISED FEES WITHIN THE CITY' S FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE DEPARTMENTS
OF FIRE, PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND RECREATION AND PARKS
WHEREAS, staff is proposing new and revised fees for the Fire Department, as set forth in Exhibit A to this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, staff is. proposing new and revised fees for the -Planning & Economic Development Department, as set forth in Exhibit B to this Resolution; and WHEREAS, staffis proposingnewandrevisedfeesfor theRecreation & Parks Department, as set forth in Exhibit C — Recreation & Parks Fees, Exhibit D — Bennett Valley Golf Course Fees, and Exhibit E — Event Permit Fees; and WHEREAS, onJune6, 2017, theCouncilhelda duly noticedpublichearingonthe proposednew andrevised fees, at which all those wishing to be heard were allowed to speakor present written comments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of SantaRosa establishes new and revised fees as set forth in Exhibits A, B, C, D and E to this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Exhibits A, B, C, D, and E are made part of this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHERRESOLVED. thatall BennettValley Golf CourseCapitalImprovement Fees, received in accordance with Exhibit D, shall be segregated and maintained in a separate Bennett Valley Golf Course Capital Improvement Fee account.
