NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE CITY COUNCIL WILL REVIEW A PROPOSAL TO PRE-ZONE TWO PARCELS FOR ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY LIMITS LOCATED AT 4646 BADGER RD - ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBERS 182-120-034 AND 182-120-035 - FILE NUMBER ANX21-001.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the City Council on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at or after 5:00 P.M., utilizing a hybrid public meeting format. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment and recommendations prior to the ruling of the Annexation Pre-Zoning.
The project was filed by the applicant, William Bowden. The application and relevant information on file is available at https://santa-rosa.legistar.com/Calendar.
To slow the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health of the public and staff, the City is conducting hybrid public meetings with streaming video and telephone options.
