NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE CITY COUNCIL WILL REVIEW THE PROJECT WINKLER ANNEXATION, TO PRE-ZONE A PROPERTY FOR ANNEXATION. THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS A 1.52-ACRE LOT WITH AN EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING AND IS LOOKING TO PRE-ZONE FOR ANNEXATION TO ALLOW UTILITY CONNECTION TO CITY SEWER AND WATER DUE TO A FAILING SEPTIC SYSTEM, LOCATED AT 1600 MANZANITA AVE - ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 181030005 - FILE NUMBER ANX21-002.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the City Council on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at or after 5:00 p.m., utilizing a hybrid public meeting format. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment and recommendations prior to the City Council prior to the City Council ruling of the Pre-Zoning.
