RESOLUTION NO. RES-2023-015
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA AND 10 E STREET, LLC FOR USE OF LOT 6 FOR RESIDENTIAL PARKING FOR A PROPOSED MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING PROJECT LOCATION AT 10 E STREET WHEREAS, 10 E Street, LLC desires to provide parking for residents of its proposed development located at 10 E Street; and WHEREAS, 10 E Street, LLC desires to use the City’s Parking Lot 6 located at 4 E Street to provide for residential parking; and WHEREAS, 10 E Street, LLC has requested the option to purchase up to 25 non-reserved parking permits at 4 E Street, Lot 6 to provide parking for residential tenants at 10 E Street; and WHEREAS, the City is willing to make available up to 25 non-reserved permits at Lot 6 to 10 E Street, LLC; and
WHEREAS, this project furthers the City Council goal of meeting housing needs by providing parking that supports the proposed residential project located at One Santa Rosa Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Parking Agreement Between the City of Santa Rosa and 10 E Street, LLC for the Use of Parking Lot 6, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A to the resolution, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
