RESOLUTION NO. RES-2023-016
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 166287 WITH NORTHERN COAST OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, on February 17, 2022, the Assistant City Manager approved the issuance of a sole source Blanket Purchase Order 166287 with Northern Coast Officials Association, Santa Rosa, California to provide league sports official services for a one-year term with two (2) one-year extension options, for a total amount not to exceed $70,000; and WHEREAS, the City desires to approve an amendment to Blanket Purchase Order 166287 to extend the term and increase compensation payable under the agreement in an amount not to exceed $77,364.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves an amendment to Blanket Purchase Order 166287 for the work described in Exhibit A-1 to this Resolution with Northern Coast Officials Association , extending for an additional one-year term and increasing compensation by $77,364, for a total amount not to exceed $147,364.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the Chief Financial Officer to pay all proper claims for the Blanket Purchase Order 166287, as amended, out of Recreation and Parks Department Funds.
