RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 167656 TO INCREASE COMPENSATION WITH CREAM’S DISMANTLING, INC. FOR LARGE VEHICLE TOWING SERVICES WHEREAS, on August 31, 2022, the City Manager approved issuance of Blanket Purchase Order 167656 with Cream’s Dismantling, Inc., Santa Rosa, California for large vehicle towing services, for a one-year term with two (2) one-year extension options in the amount of $95,000; and WHEREAS, the City desires to approve an amendment to Blanket Purchase Order 167656 to increase compensation payable under the Agreement in the amount not to exceed $100,000 for continued services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Amendment to Blanket Purchase Order 167656 with Cream’s Dismantling, Inc., increasing compensation by $100,000, for a total amount not to exceed $195,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the Chief Financial Officer to pay all proper claims for this Blanket Purchase Order 167656, as amended, out of Police Department funds.
