RESOLUTION NO. RES-2023-031
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMITS ON CROSS CREEK ROAD WHEREAS, engineering and traffic surveys have been completed for:
Cross Creek Road from Thomas Lake Harris Drive to Cross Creek Circle North and Cross Creek Road from Cross Creek Circle North to Riebli Road The results of which justify establishment of speed limits on the street segments; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the information contained in the engineering and traffic surveys and find that the speed limits are appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and are reasonable and safe.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa finds that the following speed limits are justified by engineering and traffic surveys and are hereby established:
Cross Creek Road from Thomas Lake Harris Drive to Cross Creek Circle North – 25 mph Cross Creek Road from Cross Creek Circle North to Riebli Road – 30 mph IN COUNCIL DULY PASSED this 14th day of February, 2023.
