3. NEW BUSINESS
FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES AND CITY OF SANTA
ROSA FOR DIRECT INSTALL WATER USE EFFICIENCY PROGRAM
Staff will present information on the proposed funding agreement for consideration by the Board of Public Utilities with the Department of Water Resources. The funding agreement is required to receive the $1,500,000 appropriation of state funding to the City of Santa Rosa that was included in the State Budget act of 2022, Assembly Bill 179.
The Water Department recommends that the Contract Review Subcommittee recommend to the Board of Public Utilities approval of the Funding Agreement Between State of California Department of Water Resources and City of Santa Rosa For Direct Install Water Use Efficiency Program.
