CITY OF SANTA ROSA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE CITY COUNCIL WILL REVIEW AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT URGENCY ORDINANCE. THE PROPOSED ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENTS WOULD AMEND TITLE 20 OF THE SANTA ROSA CITY CODE – MODIFYING SECTION 20-42.130, ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS, TO REMAIN CONSISTENT WITH STATE LAW AND TO INCLUDE LOCAL ALLOWANCES AND PROTECTIONS.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the City Council on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at or after 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment and recommendations prior to the City Council acting on the Zoning Code Text Amendment.
