RESOLUTION NO. RES-2023-044
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA AND TERI BLACK & COMPANY, LLC WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa has determined the need for continued executive and specialty positions within the City for recruitment; and WHEREAS, based on the prior successful executive recruitments by Teri Black & Company, LLC; and WHEREAS on March 23, 2022, City Manager approved the Professional Services Agreement with Teri Black & Company, LLC Agreement Number F002506 for Recruitment Services; and WHEREAS, the City Manager approved a First Amendment with an effective date of March 7, 2023 to Professional Services Agreement Number F002506 with Teri Black & Company, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $99,999.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement number F002506 with Teri Black & Company, LLC, substantially in the form of Exhibit A, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 and adding an additional five years for time of performance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Council authorizes the City's Chief Financial Officer to pay all proper claims from Key Number 040101.
