Bennett Valley Housing Partners, L.P., is requesting a TEFRA Hearing be held on March 28, 2023, r egarding the Project. The Project consists of a 62-unit qualified residential rental project located at 702 Bennett Valley Road in the City of Santa Rosa.
The maximum bond issuance amount requested is $30,000,000, issued by the California Municipal Finance Authority.
