FIRST AMENDMENT
TO GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002211
WITH CALIFORNIA PATROL OPERATIONS INC
This First Amendment to Agreement number F002211, dated January 5, 2021 (“Agreement”) is made as of this _____ day of _____________, 2023, by and between the City of Santa Rosa, a municipal corporation (“City”), and California Patrol Operations Inc, a California Corporation (“Contractor”).
RECITALS
A. City and Contractor entered into the Agreement for Contractor to provide prisoner transport services, as previously amended by Extension Letter dated September 6, 2022.
B. City and Contractor now desire to amend the Agreement for the purpose of adding funds under current term, extending the agreement for one year with no changes to contract pricing, and increasing compensation.
AMENDMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. TERM, SUSPENSION, TERMINATION
Pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Agreement, the parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional one year.
2. COMPENSATION
Section 4 of the Agreement is amended to add funds and increase the compensation payable to Contractor under the Agreement by $100,000 to read as follows:
“The total of all fees paid to Contractor for the satisfactory performance and completion of all services set forth in the Agreement shall not exceed the total sum of $195,000. The Chief Financial Officer is authorized to pay all proper claims from Charge Number 170201.” All other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
