The Final Map of Stonebridge Phase 1 Subdivision was submitted on April 6, 2023 to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Stonebridge Phase 1 Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The Stonebridge Phase 1 Subdivision is located on the East side of Fulton Road and North of Alton Lane, South of Wood Road and 28.57 acres will be subdivided into 2 lots.
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of May 9, 2023.
