ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA REPEALING CHAPTER 11-16 – CRUISING PROHIBITED WITHIN THE CORE AREA OF THE CITY OF THE SANTA ROSA CITY CODE, REMOVING THE CRUISING PROHIBITION THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 11-16 – CRUISING PROHIBITED WITHIN THE CORE AREA OF THE CITY of the Santa Rosa City Code is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect on the 31st day following its adoption.
