PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT (PSA) WITH N. HARRIS COMPUTER CORPORATION
FOR UPDATES TO SANTA ROSA WATER’S BILLING SOFTWARE
AND ADDITIONAL LICENSES
Santa Rosa Water and N. Harris Computer Corporation entered into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to provide a customer information system (“CIS”) water billing software for the City of Santa Rosa. The proposed amendment number 9 to PSA Number 08-8830 with N. Harris Computer Corporation will add services for the creation of a new process to transfer arrearage charges to customer accounts, for the creation of water shortage rates as defined by the City’s Water Shortage Contingency Plan, for the addition of 10 licenses for Cityworks integration, for the addition of 100 hours of technical support on an as needed bases for multiple projects, and to increase support and maintenance for the additional 10 licenses as well as an Applications Programming Interface needed for the Cityworks and CIS interface. The proposed amendment number 9 is for $ $276,592, resulting in a not to exceed total contract amount of Three Million, One Hundred and Ninety-Two Thousand, Three Hundred and Fifty-Two Dollars ($3,192,352).
