RESOLUTION NO. RES-2023-122
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER 166038 WITH KONE INC. FOR ELEVATOR AND LIFT MAINTENANCE WHEREAS, on January 24, 2022, the City Manager approved the use of the Omnia Partners Cooperative Agreement Number 0019.001564 and award of Blanket Purchase Order Number 166038 for elevator and wheelchair lift maintenance and repair services to KONE Inc., in an amount not to exceed $99,000; and WHEREAS, there is a need to increase compensation for continued services through the existing term that expires September 30, 2024; and WHEREAS, the City desires to approve an Amendment to Blanket Purchase Order Number 166038 to increase compensation in an amount not to exceed $75,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves an Amendment to Blanket Purchase Order Number 166038 with KONE Inc., Moline, Illinois, increasing compensation by $75,000, for a total amount not to exceed $174,000.
