RESOLUTION NO. RES-2023-129
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MACIAS GINI & O’CONNELL LLP FOR FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa has the need to have financial audit services provided to meet mandated reporting requirements; and WHEREAS, the City released a Request for Proposals, and four firms responded; and WHEREAS on June 15, 2023, Macias Gini & O’Connell, LLP was selected as determined to be the best qualified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves a Professional Services Agreement Number F002643 with Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A to the resolution, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $1,629,060.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the City's Chief Financial Officer to pay all proper claims from various keys as approved in budget.
