Additional Order Form Terms:
1. This Renewal Order Form expressly modifies the Agreement and provides for a primarily fixed-rate fee for the Subscription Services. This order form serves as renewal of the contract executed on August 10th, 2021.
2. The Subscription Service Fee represents the price of the Subscription Services during the Service Term only.
The Subscription Service Fee liste d herein does not carry over to any subsequent periods beyond the Subscription Service Term.
3. As used herein, the term “Year” means a twelve-month period beginning on the Service Start Date, and any subsequent twelve-month periods thereafter. Subsequent Subscription Service Fees will be due on a Yearly basis.
4. Payment obligations hereunder are non-cancelable and any sums, when paid, shall be non-refundable, except as provided in the Agreement.
5. All other terms of the Agreement apply, and the parties expressly disclaim any additional or differing terms not set out in this Order or the Agreement.
