The Final Map of Schellinger-Burbank Subdivision was submitted on May 16, 2023 to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Schellinger-Burbank Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The Schellinger-Burbank Subdivision is located on the East side of Burbank Avenue and North of Liana Drive Lane, South of Hughes Avenue and 14.25 acres will be subdivided into 75 lots.
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of August 8, 2023.
