RESOLUTION NO. RES-2023-138
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO SOFTWARE SERVICES AGREEMENT F002367 WITH PERMITROCKET SOFTWARE LLC DBA EPERMITHUB WHEREAS, the Planning and Economic Development Department originally contracted with ePermitHub to provide a Digital Plan Room software solution to facilitate electronic processing of permit plan reviews; and WHEREAS, ePermitHub satisfactorily created the Digital Plan Room; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Economic Development Department desires to continue the ePermitHub Digital Plan Room by increasing compensation in the amount of $93,250.00 for a not-to-exceed amount of $192,456.66.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the First Amendment to Sofware Services Agreement F002367 with PermitRocket Software LLC, dba ePermitHub, as described in Exhibit A “ePermitHub Renewal Order Form” attached hereto, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the City Manager to pay all expense from Charge Keys 350307 – “Enterprise Software Support” and 08037 – “CD Technology Projects.” IN COUNCIL DULY PASSED this 8th day of August, 2023.
