RESOLUTION NO. RES-2023-149
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA AMENDING COUNCIL POLICY 000-26 – STATEMENT OF INVESTMENT POLICY WHEREAS, Section 53646 of the California Government Code states that the City staff “… may annually render to the legislative body a Statement of Investment Policy” and “any change in policy shall also be reviewed and approved”; and WHEREAS, Council Policy No. 000-26 – Statement of Investment Policy was adopted by Council by Resolution 17133 in January 1985; and WHEREAS, an amendment to Council Policy No. 000-26 – Statement of Investment Policy was last rendered to the City Council on April 9, 2013, and changes were reviewed and approved by passage of Resolution 28260.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa amends Council Policy No. 000-26 – Statement of Investment Policy, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and made a part of herein i, as the City of Santa Rosa’s investment policy.
